This place suits me perfectly with great internet access, friendly 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar/lounge area. The staff helped me with my suitcases on my first stay, which left a lasting impression. For a smooth experience, definitely ask at the front desk. I'm coming back for a weekend!

Relaxing in the sauna and lounging in the TV room was a nice treat after a day out. The only downside was that check-in took longer than expected, but it didn’t dampen my experience at all. 😊

I had a fabulous stay in a Queen Room with a breathtaking view of Gamla Stan and the tranquil waters! The breakfast buffet was a delight, featuring freshly made omelets and a variety of European treats that I truly savored. Plus, the staff went above and beyond, always ready to assist with a smile!

Additionally, the location, just a short bridge walk to the old town, provided easy access to shops and cafés. However, there was insufficient clothing storage with only a wardrobe available, and care was needed in the shower to prevent water from spilling onto the floor. Also, the occasional noise from the nearby train could be a concern for some guests.

The Hilton Stockholm Slussen offered a stunning view of the Old Town and Riddarfjarden, allowing me to enjoy picturesque scenery right from my room. The common areas were accessible, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate.

The toilet was right at the entrance, which made it tough to move around. I also faced some noise from the street below which occasionally disrupted my peace. The hotel did seem busy, which resulted in some minor service hiccups, especially during breakfast. Another downside was that the executive lounge was temporarily relocated, making it crowded during happy hour. I appreciated the effort the staff put in, but some areas need improvement.
